Βελτιστοποιηση Της Αποδοσης Της Αριστερας Ενδοκοιλιακης Αντλιας Δι' Αεροθαλαμου Επι Καρδιακης Παυσεως

“…-ο κυβισμός του αεροθαλάμου -το σχήμα του αεροθαλάμου -η θέση του αεροθαλάμου μέσα στην αριστερά κοιλία -η διάρκεια εκπτύξεως του αεροθαλάμου -η συχνότητα λειτουργίας του αεροθαλάμου -το είδος του χρησιμοποιουμένου αερίου Β. Βιολογικές παράμετροι: -η αντίσταση πληρώσεως του αρτηριακού συστήματος -η διατασιμότητα-ενδοτικότητα του τοιχώματος της αριστεράς κοιλίας -ο υπάρχων ενδαγγειακός όγκος Από αυτές, έχουν ελεγχθεί η συχνότητα λειτουργίας του αεροθαλάμου 22 , η θέση του αεροθαλάμου μέσα στην αριστερά κοιλία 41 και η αντίσταση πληρώσεως του αρτηριακού συστήματος 56 . Εχει δειχθεί δε ότι η ιδανική συχνότητα λειτουργίας του αεροθαλάμου είναι 75 κύκλοι ανά λεπτό 22 , ενώ η θέση του μέσα στην αριστερή κοιλία πρέπει να είναι τέτοια που να μην προκαλεί απόφραξη ή δυσλειτουργία της μιτροειδούς βαλβίδας 22 • 41 . Επίσης παρατηρήθηκε 56 ότι η αύξηση του μεταφορτίου της αριστεράς κοιλίας με φαρμακευτική πρόκληση αγγειοσύσπασης επέφερε μεν αύξηση της συστολικής αρτηριακής πίεσης, μείωνε όμως την παροχή της αριστεράς κοιλίας και αύξανε την παλινδρόμηση διά του στομίου της μιτροειδούς.…”
