Abstract:A 42-year-old male with ischemic cardiomyopathy presented with acute bilateral femoral artery embolization. After management with embolectomy and fasciotomy in both femoral arteries, transthoracic echocardiography revealed two pedunculated highly mobile left ventricle (LV) thrombi.
