Abstract: Purpose:To estimate the relative yield of therapeutic fl exible sigmoidoscopy compared with complete optical colonoscopy for isolated left-sided polyps ( Ն 6 mm in diameter) identifi ed at screening computed tomographic (CT) colonography.
