Left frontal convexity arachnoid cyst extending to interhemispheric fissure: case report

Abstract: Convexity or interhemispheric fissure arachnoid cysts are rarely seen lesions (5%). Although they are usually asymptomatic and do not require treatment, neurological symptoms like headache and seizures should be considered for surgical approaches.
