Left Femur Neck Fracture and Left Eye Esotropia as Initial Clinical Presentations of Gastric Cancer in a 54-Year-Old Female Patient: A Case Report and Review of Literature

Abstract: Although the incidence of gastric cancer has decreased worldwide, it is still among the most common cancers worldwide. Usual manifestations of gastric cancer include gastrointestinal-related symptoms such as weight loss and abdominal pain. Isolated symptomatic bony metastasis at initial presentation is very rare.
