Left atrial substrate characterization in patients with atrial fibrillation and hypertrophic cardiomyopathy: evidence for an extensive fibrotic disease

Abstract: Introduction. Data regarding the left atrial (LA) electroanatomical substrate in patients with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM) and atrial fibrillation (AF) are missing.
