Left Atrial Strain in the Analysis of LV Diastolic Function: Ready to Use?

Abstract: Left atrial (LA) dilation is a common indicator of diastolic dysfunction, and its analysis through a volume calculation reflects the cumulative effects of the left ventricular (LV) filling pressures.
