Abstract:A left atrial appendage aneurysm (LAAA) is a rare congenital or acquired anomaly that often causes fatal complications. Although many reports recommend surgical resection for treatment, there is no clear definition of LAAA. Therefore, the diagnosis and treatment are ambiguous.
