Lefamulin (Xenleta) for Community-Acquired Bacterial Pneumonia

Abstract: Lefamulin (Xenleta -Nabriva), a semisynthetic pleuromutilin antibiotic, has been approved by the FDA for IV and oral treatment of community-acquired bacterial pneumonia (CABP) in adults.
