Leaving the Placenta In Situ in Placenta Accreta Spectrum Disorders: A Single-Center Case Series

Abstract: The most common treatment for placenta accreta spectrum disorders (PAS) is planned primary cesarean-hysterectomy. However, other management strategies may improve outcomes and/or allow fertility preservation.
