Learnings from the Standardization of Quality Procurement Specifications

Abstract: Operators and Engineering, Procurement and Construction contractors (EPCs) have traditionally had their own quality requirements for the same products offered by the same manufacturers causing increased complexity, delivery and costs to each purchaser.
