Learning Management as Soft Skills in Enhancing Teacher Professionalism

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the role of learning management as a soft skill in enhancing the professionalism of teachers in Central Maluku, Indonesia. We conducted a descriptive quantitative approach. Selected participants (N=40) involved filling out a closed-questionnaire (35 favorable questions).
