Learning from Tradition: Vernacular Built Heritage of Madeira (Portugal), a Sustainable Proposal

Abstract: The archipelago of Madeira (Portugal), of volcanic origin and situated in the intraplate region of the African plate, was formed during the Miocene and seats in a full oceanic domain.
