Drawing from a social network perspective on innovation, this study aims to explore the relationship between advice network centrality, and innovative work behaviour by focusing on the mediating role of voice behaviour and the moderation of organizational tenure. Hypotheses were tested using a sample of 478 employees in an Italy‐based aerospace organization. The results indicated that a central position in the advice network was positively associated with innovative work behaviour and that voice behaviour mediated this relationship. Additionally, moderated mediation analysis highlighted that the path between advice network centrality and voice behaviour was stronger for individuals with shorter organizational tenure. These findings offer guidance for organizations that aim to strengthen employee‐driven innovation by highlighting the importance of a social network approach. Several implications for theory and practice are discussed.

Innovative behaviour is a key factor that contributes to organizational success. However, most studies have investigated employee’s Innovative behaviour from single views, the interaction between the psychological and organizational factors inﬂuencing innovative behaviours remains unclear. This article seeks to address that research gap by building a holistic model of employee innovativeness. The proposed framework is a multi-component construct which provides a comprehensive view of various factors that influence employee innovativeness. The proposed model clearly explains the relationship between personal factors, including thriving at work, psychological capital, organizational factors presented by organizational climate, supervisor support and entrepreneurial orientation. The research also suggests a number of research directions in the future.

The hospital success depends on the human resources. Hospital operational system can run well because of human resources support. Therefore, the hospital needs to empower human resources to achieve the organizational goals. One of the solutions is to initiate the Innovative Work Behavior. This study aims to examine the direct effect of work environment on Innovative Work Behavior and the effect of work environment on Innovative Work Behavior through work motivation. This study uses quantitative research. Data analysis uses the PLS (Partial Least Square). The population was all 200 employees or Malang Public Hospital. The sampling technique uses Simple Random Sampling, so the number of samples used is 133 employees. Data was collected by questionnaire. The study results indicated that work environment has a direct effect on Innovative Work Behavior and work environment has a indirect effect on Innovative Work Behavior through work motivation.
