Leapfrogging to empowerment and inclusivity

“…This implies that diversity and inclusion allow the employees to act thoroughly having a sense of freedom which inadvertently leads to the perceptions on the part of the employees of an undeniable sense of belongingness, and participation as well as creates the impression of being unique among others in the organizations (Gephardt, Grassi, McCormick, & Shelton, 2016;Ortlieb & Sieben, 2014).
