Lean Six Sigma, strategic control systems, and organizational performance for automotive suppliers

Abstract: Purpose The aim of this paper is to develop a model that incorporate lean six sigma (LSS) implementation, strategic control system (SCS) and organizational performance (OP) in Malaysian automotive suppliers.
