Abstract: The sluggish kinetics of oxygen evolution reaction (OER) remains a bottleneck for the electrocatalytic water splitting. In addition to improving the intrinsic activity of electrocatalysts, the electrode structure and external environment also have a significant influence on catalytic performance.
