Leadership in PhD (LeaP): a longitudinal leadership skill building program for underrepresented biomedical research trainees

Abstract: Increasing diversity in the biomedical research workforce is a critical national issue. Particularly concerning is the lack of representation at more advanced career stages/in leadership positions.
