Leadership Competencies of Frontline Nurse Leaders and its Effect on the Job Satisfaction and Performance of Staff Nurses

Abstract: A descriptive corelational study was conducted in a selected hospital of Delhi to determine the relationship of the leadership competencies of the frontline nurse leaders with the job satisfaction and performance of staff nurses.
