Leadership and Natural Resource Management: Linkages to the Persistence of Oil-related Conflicts in Nigeria’s Niger Delta

Abstract: This paper explores the relationship between leadership and natural resource management and the persistence of oil-related conflicts in Nigeria’s Niger Delta. It adopts the process theoretical approach to leadership.
