Leadership and adult development: Towards a unified neuro-psycho-economic approach.

Abstract: The paper first summarizes basic findings of the ongoing interdisciplinary research project on differences in neural processing of individualistic vs. collectivistic oriented test persons (managers vs. non-managers).
