Recently, perovskite-based solid-state supercapacitors have been reported to have excellent stability and efficiency. Therefore, it is possible to integrate a perovskite solar cell and a perovskite supercapacitor into a monolithic structure, enhancing the performance of the integrated device at a reduced cost.
