Abstract:Le Trouble du spectre de l’autisme (TSA) est un trouble neurodéveloppemental. Sa présentation est extrêmement hétérogène, ce qui est à l’origine du concept de spectre reconnu dans le DSM-5 (APA, 2013). Le repérage et le diagnostic précoce sont nécessaires pour débuter une intervention à un stade du développement où la plasticité cérébrale est optimale.
