Le Sarcome Granulocytaire: A Propos De 7 Observations

Abstract: Seven cases of granulocytic sarcoma (GS) with different clinical presentations are reported. Granulocytic sarcoma is diagnosed by tumor biopsy. The antilysozyme immunoperoxidase technique and the ASD chloroacetate esterase staining are used to confirm the diagnosis. The recent development of immunohistological staining, for demonstration of intra-cellular or surface antigens, is also useful to recognize GS. The prognostic significance of GS is discussed.
