Abstract:L'azacitidine (5-azacytidine, VIDAZA ® ) est un agent de traitement de fond qui améliore la survie, réduit la dépendance vis-à-vis des transfusions et réduit la progression vers la leucémie myéloïde aiguë chez les patients atteints de syndromes myélodysplasiques de haut risque.
