Abstract: Les protéines G monomériques constituent une superfamille de protéines de plus de 100 membres qui existent chez les eucaryotes, de la levure à l'homme. Grâce à leur nature de commutateur moléculaire, cyclant entre une forme inactive liée au GDP et une forme active liée au GTP, les protéines G monomériques jouent un rôle déterminant dans la régulation temporelle, mais aussi spatiale, de nombreuses fonctions cellulaires.
