Abstract:The present study aims to both identify and quantify trans‐sinapoylquinic acid (SiQA) regioisomers in green coffee by combined UHPLC‐ESI‐QqTOF‐MS/MS and UHPLC‐ESI‐QqQ‐MS/MS methods.
