LBRO: Load Balancing for Resource Optimization in Edge Computing

Abstract: Mobile cloud computing and edge computing-based solutions provide means to offload tasks for resourcelimited mobile devices. Mobile cloud computing provides remote cloud solutions while edge computing provides closer proximity-based solutions.
