Lazer Taramalı Konfokal Mikroskobun Prensipleri ve Tıpta Kullanım Alanları

Abstract: Floresan mikroskobunun gelişimi, lazer taramalı konfokal mikroskobunun icadı ile devrim yapmıştır. Üç boyutlu gösterim ve analiz teknikleriyle bu teknoloji özellikle tıp/biyomedikal dünyasına daha gerçek bir bakış sağlamıştır.
