Layout Method of Damping Material for Gearbox Based on Acoustic Contribution

Abstract: In order to realize the low noise design of marine gearbox, a layout method of damping materials for gearbox based on acoustic contribution was proposed. The present method can accurately and effectively determine the additional area of damping materials and achieve greatly the noise reduction effect. Firstly, taking a marine single-stage herringbone gearbox as the object, the finite element/boundary element model for the reducer structure was established. After applying the vibration excitation of the gear sy… Show more

“…Grain size decreases with increasing CR, which can be attributed to the grain size depending on the relative amounts of nucleation and growth rates during the solidification. According to the kernel rate equation [ 31,32 ] I=nv0exp(ΔGdKT)exp(ΔGdKT)$$I = n v_{0} exp \left(\right. \frac{- \Delta G_{\text{d}}}{K T} \left.\right) exp \left(\right.…”

“…Chlorine-resistant microorganisms are present in drinking water, including well-known chlorine-resistant microorganisms like Giardia lamblia and Cryptosporidium ( Liu et al, 2020 ). Additionally, research indicates the common occurrence of chlorine-resistant microorganisms such as Mycobacterium avium, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Bacillus cereus, Legionella, and sulfur-oxidizing bacteria in the effluent water of water plants and water supply networks in China, some of which are opportunistic pathogens ( Jing et al, 2022 ; Liu et al, 2008 ; Zhang et al, 2015 ). Effectively inactivating these chlorine-resistant microorganisms requires a significant increase in the chlorine's CT value, rendering chlorine disinfection economically unfeasible or even impossible on a large scale and greatly increasing the risk of exceeding disinfection by-product limits.…”

“…(AM), a medicine with a long history and clear curative effect, not only has unique efficacy in treating spleen deficiency, but also has the effect of preventing and treating gastric ulcers. [6,[10][11][12][13] Therefore, most of the compound herbs for treating gastric ulcers in clinical practice contain AM. In terms of its chemical composition, AM mainly contains volatile oils, of which atractylenone has the highest content and is considered to be one of the main components causing dryness.…”
