Abstract: LAYMEN 'AND ELECTRICAL TREATMENT.-LIVERPOOL.' the relative absence of information as to the extent of the losses. According to a war correspondent of the Standard a foreign merchant has arrived at Chifu who left Kharbin on July 22nd last and reports that during the last five weeks a very large number of Russian troops had arrived and were still arriving there.
