Latinx Pandemic Melt: A Phenomenological Study of Summer Melt during the COVID-19 Pandemic

Abstract

Leadership, who connected me with opportunities to learn more about myself, my profession, and leadership within the educational system. Specifically, I would like to acknowledge my committee chair, Dr. Brooke Soles for mentoring me through my dissertation journey and supporting me every step of the way! I would also like to acknowledge Cohort 15 for their neverending encouragement and support. We are THAT cohort!
