It aims to develop an understanding of the production of high culture and distribution and reception processes in the transversal logic behind the constitution of migrating multitudesandtheirappropriationofthemediacontentofglobalsociety.Thiswork analysestheLatinAmericanmassmediaandmigrationswiththeaimofconsidering currentinterculturalandtransculturalcommunicationfromthecriticalperspective of cultural consumption and reception in the Latin American field of communicology.
