Latina/Hispanic Female Offenders

Abstract: This entry applies the gendered pathways to offending perspective to examine issues related to Latina girls' and women's involvement in the juvenile and criminal justice systems. Issues addressed include status offenses, drug use, and immigration. Research, policy, and practice recommendations are provided.
