Latest Results on LED Museum Lighting: Colour Quality and Artwork Preservation

Abstract: This paper describes a comprehensive study on museum lighting: one part of the study investigates the damage potential of LED museum lighting by generating composite LED spectra with the help of a mathematical algorithm, while the other part investigates the effects of LED lighting on the appearance of artworks.
