Lateral versus vertical hemispheric disconnection for epilepsy: a systematic review and meta-analysis

Abstract: OBJECTIVE Lateral periinsular hemispherotomy (LPH) and vertical parasagittal hemispherotomy (VPH) are the most popular disconnective techniques for intractable epilepsies associated with unilateral hemispheric pathologies.
