Abstract:The Wolff-Parkinson-White (WPW) syndrome is very rarely complicated with a complete atrioventricular block (AVB). In this case, the ventricle is activated entirely through the accessory pathway and the QRS complex is wide and exhibits maximum pre-excitation features.
