The patient was taken medication as per a doctor’s order, for example, antipyretic use to treat fever Nursing Management: conclusion: A 43 -year -old woman was admitted with MICU sepsis with HTN with pyelonephritis with DM2, fever With chills for 5 days, vomiting for 1 day, and generalized weakness for 5 days, The medical treatment had a positive impact on the patient's condition. Now, the patient's symptoms have been reduced, and he was in better condition.

Introduction: Survivors of Hodgkin lymphoma are recognized to have an increased risk of stroke and carotid artery disease owing to neck irradiation (RT). However, it remains unclear whether the vascular modifications induced by the treatment of Hodgkin lymphoma during childhood persist over the long term. Methods: Our matched study involved 79 survivors of Hodgkin lymphoma in childhood who received neck RT and 57 healthy controls. Parameters of arterial stiffness (AS), intima-media thickness (IMT), and flow-mediated dilation (FMD) of carotid arteries were assessed using ultrasound. Results: Our patient cohort demonstrated a significant increase in AS compared to controls (p < 0.05), though no such disparity was observed for FMD (p = 0.111). Neck RT intensified AS (B = 0.037, p = 0.000), while anthracyclines attenuated it (B = −0.803, p = 0.000). Multivariate analysis revealed a positive correlation between neck RT (p < 0.001) and AS. However, we found no significant association between neck RT and FMD (p = 0.277). We identified a substantial positive correlation between the dose of neck RT and AS. Conclusions: Vascular changes in survivors of childhood Hodgkin lymphoma after neck RT seem to be long-term. Therefore, these patients may have an increased risk of stroke. We suggest refinement of international guidelines according to our results.

Cardiac toxicity associated with oncology drugs, is a known risk, although multiple studies has been performed to detect this problem in an early stage, no definitive results has been achieved. We conducted a clinical study in a large number of patients with a longer follow-up, to evaluate if surveillance tests, such as 2D echocardiogram (ECHO) and radionuclide ventriculography (RNV) can detected early cardiac damage in patients who received anthracycline-based chemotherapy. We conducted a cohort clinical study in 3073 patients with pathological confirmed of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma who had a complete response with a longer follow-up: 18. (range 6.8 to 32.3) years: the mentioned test was performed periodically: every 6 months the first 5 years, an annually from 5 years until relapse, death from any cause or last of follow-up, or the presence of congestive heart failure. Asymptomatic abnormalities in surveillance studies, without clinical and radiological evidence of cardiac damage were observed in 58 cases (1.21%); none of these patients developed clinical evidence of cardiac damage; and eight patients developed clinical and radiology evident changes of heart failure, neither of they showed previous abnormalities in surveillance studies. Multivariate analysis did no show any statistically difference, even in patients whose received > 450 mg/m2. The use of surveillance studies did not predict early cardiac damage and will not be used as surveillance tests. Now resources will be developed, because the risk of cardiac damage secondary to anthracyclines remains constant.
