Abstract:This study describes a case of symptomatic arteriovenous fistula after Transurethral Resection of the Prostate diagnosed by urethrocystoscopy and confirmed by imaging tests. The patient presented lower urinary tract symptoms associated with hematuria twenty years after being submitted to a TURP.
