Laser induced adjustment of the conductivity of rare earth doped Mn-Zn nanoferrite

Abstract: Two series of Mn-Zn nanoferrites (namely Mn 1−x Zn x Fe 2 O 4 and Mn 1−x Zn x Fe 2−y R y O 4 ) were synthesized using standard ceramic technique. X-ray diffraction and FT-IR were employed in the chacterization of the nanopowder.
