Laser in situ Keratomileusis for Correction of High Astigmatism After Penetrating Keratoplasty

Abstract: PURPOSE: To evaluate the safety and efficacy of laser in situ keratomileusis (LASIK) for correction of high astigmatism after penetrating keratoplasty, and to assess the refractive results and predictability of the procedure.
