Laser fluorescent flow citometer with pulsing excitation

Abstract: The flow citometry is one of the most perspective methods for investigation of the biological cells, in particular, their optical characteristics such as light scattering and fluorescence.1 For the excitation of fluorescence the nonpulsed lasers of various types are most-used that, naturally, limits the maximal value of excited irradiance and, moreover, does not permit the time-resolved investigation of fluorescence.
