Laser Annealing of Gold Thin Films as a Platform for Plasmonic Sensing Applications

Abstract: The future of the plasmonic devices is heavily challenged by the nanoconstruction schemes of metals which often require rather fast, low-cost, and high-throughput fabrication techniques.
