Laser Ablation and Immune Stimulating Interstitial Laser Thermotherapy

Abstract: Based on nineteenth-century findings that showed that heat (fever) could be used to treat cancer, local hyperthermia has been developed as a tool to eradicate local tumors when surgical excision is deemed impossible.
