The competence in terms of yield is closed to an specific laboral context and to the demands that emerge in the work performance day by day.In the analysis of the pre-hospital nursery competence, the simultaneous coexistence of several emergent roles in the emergency nursery and the heterogenity among them is often accompanied by the lack of established rules and a formative program that give an answer and is based on the specific competences for the task.
