Large oncosomes mediate intercellular transfer of functional microRNA

Abstract: Prostate cancer cells release atypically large extracellular vesicles (EVs), termed large oncosomes, which may play a role in the tumor microenvironment by transporting bioactive molecules across tissue spaces and through the blood stream.
