Large evanescently-induced Brillouin scattering at the surrounding of a nanofibre

Abstract: Brillouin scattering has been widely exploited for advanced photonics functionalities such as microwave photonics, signal processing, sensing, lasing, and more recently in micro- and nano-photonic waveguides.
