Abstract: This paper presents the flexoelectric effect in semiconducting polymeric blend (poly(3,4-ethylene dioxythiophene): polystyrene sulfonate (PEDOT:PSS)) films. Flexoelectricity can be considered as an alternative transduction mechanism to the piezoelectricity to directly detect curvature.
