Large benign cystic teratoma of the ovary: a case report

Abstract: Cystic teratoma is the most common ovarian germ cell tumour. It is made up of ectoderm, mesoderm, and endoderm that eventually become hair, muscle, teeth, or bone. These tumors are usually benign.
