Abstract:Theoretical studies have unequivocally determined the exceptional electron transport properties of the fluorinated tetracyanoquinodimethane (Fx‐TCNQ) family, presenting a promising avenue for the realization of high‐performance n‐channel organic thin‐film transistors (OTFTs).
